For more than half a decade Jeannie continues to be successful in helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs thanks to her commitment to honesty and dedication. She began in 2004, after seeing her father work on the development side of the real estate industry. After attending the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate, she spent years building her real estate career by helping people find wonderful places to call home. Jeannie enjoys several aspects of the job, such as meeting different people and creating wonderful relationships. However, when she’s not at work she enjoys fitness, traveling and spending time with her family.

After his graduation from the University of Florida in 1992, Marsh began working in real estate at his sister’s firm, Gillott-Monarch Appraisal Group, in Tarpon Springs. In addition to being a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Sales License holder, he also serves as the owner of Marsh Bilby Appraisers & Consultants, LLC – one of the largest residential appraisal firms in the Tampa Bay area. When not enjoying the rewards of helping customers attain their real estate goals, Marsh also enjoys water sports like skiing, diving and fishing. He also helps as the assistant high school football coach for Canterbury School of Florida, the 2009 Sunshine State Athletic Conference Champions.
