Stephen Sexauer was born in Caracas, Venezuela and has been educated in Venezuela, Costa Rica and the U.S.A. He has been residing in the Tampa Bay Area since 1986. Mr. Sexauer is a bilingual (English-Spanish) practicing Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker-Agent and Mortgage Broker.
His educational achievements include a B.S degree in Business Management from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida and his professional licensing from Bob Hogue School of Real Estate in St.Petersburg, FL.
Stephen gained international business experience during his 5 year employment with Tech Data Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, based in Clearwater, Fl. It is during this time he became a part-time real estate investor and developed a strong interest, understanding and appreciation of property values and salability. As a result, he left his corporate job to work in Real Estate industry.
Stephen has been involved in all facets of the real estate and mortgage industry. As a licensed Florida Real Estate and Mortgage professional, Stephen offers specialized expertise in creative financing, negotiations and marketing.
